Every calculator and reference chart on this site is provided for general informational purposes. We do our best to verify the math against published standards (NEC, ASME, AISC, IRC, manufacturer specs) but we are not your engineer of record, your AHJ, or your project manager.

Before you cut, pour, bolt, or energize anything based on a number this site gives you, verify it. Cross-check with the governing code, your project drawings, and where required, a licensed professional. We accept no liability for damages, injuries, code violations, or budget overruns resulting from the use of this site.

License to use

You're welcome to use Jobsite Helpdesk for any lawful purpose — personal, commercial, on the job, in the office, on a screen mounted to a forklift. You may not scrape the site in bulk, white-label the content, or redistribute the calculators as your own product.
